After more than ten years producing Mars Frontier, along with its spin-offs War Star Empire and Battlefront Mars, Battlehouse has ended live operations on all three titles as of April 2023.
Since launching in 2012, the Mars Frontier universe brought in 2,247,586 players from 180 countries, who logged a combined 1,622 years, 267 days of playtime — an average of 41 logins per player.
The game URLs themselves are finally retired.

The world, characters, and story built up over that decade live on: the same lore and cast now form the foundation of the Mars Frontier graphic novel.
